The Ultimate Workout with your Dog!!
Many dog owners want to work out, but scheduling does not work in the person’s favor.
The dogs need a walk and you need to be at the gym.
Combine the two and you have now entered into 6 Legs to Fitness. A dynamic and breath taking experience that is good for your heart, lungs, core stability, legs and every muscle group in your body.
Your dog gets a mental work out and par-takes in all your hard effort. With challenging moves to stimulate your body and mind and an education for your dog, you will inevitably build a stronger & closer bond between the two of you, creating SYNERGY between you and your pooch.
There are currently no scheduled in Calgary, however, if there is enough interest Lucie would be happy to have classes at either Bowness Park or Confederaion Park if there is a request for it.
INFO
- The first class is always free! Drop in fee of $15.00 after that
- All dogs must wear a martingale style collar & their owner use a 6 foot long nylon leash
- No puppies under 6 months of age allowed
- No intact dogs allowed
- No dogs with physical ailments such as hip displaysia will be allowed to participate
- Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave class until they have been evaluated by a Pattison CET
- No treats for the dogs allowed in class
- Human participants must fill out a PAR-Q and a waiver form.
Lucie has a few collars and leashes that I can lend for someone to try one class, but participants are expected to purchase their own.
I have them for sale, but pretty much all pet stores sell martingale collars and the 6 foot long nylon leashes (wider leashes are better).
